    We offer FedEx Ground and USPS shipping to US destinations.
  • Do you ship throne chair covers outside of US territories?
    We don't ship outside the US mainland. Meaning we don't ship to Hawaii, puerto Rico and other US oulands.
  • What are your shipping and handling rates?
    Shipping rates vary by product and your ship-to address country and postal code. Add an item to the cart to view actual shipping.
  • Why is my discount code not working?
    Promo codes could not be working for a few reasons. Below are few examples. Expired Entered incorrectly Promo code may not have met the requirement to use; which could be select products or threshold limits haven't been met. One promo code already redeemed and multiple discount codes are not supported. Percent discounts typically discount from the retail price. If there is an active sale price it could be a better offer and won't double dip on the offer. Shipping discounts only apply to the 48 contiguous United States. This means US territories, Hawaii, and Alaska are excluded not to mention other countries. Codes found on 3rd party sites are no guarantee of a valid code as we have no control over what codes they display.

  • How do I order a chair from Boston Throne Chairs?
    We currently don't stock chairs. Go to the Contact page and request to be placed on the waistlist for throne chairs.
  • How long do credit card authorizations last?
    Credit card authorization periods vary by card type and issuing bank. Boston Throne Chairs, LLC considers authorizations valid for 7 days.
  • What currency are prices listed in?
    All prices on our website, order receipts and all charges are in US dollars (USD). Charges will post to your bank account in your currency amount. This is why you may see different charges on your statement, from what you see on the receipt we sent you. Your bank may also assess a fee to convert the US Dollars to your currency. Please contact your bank and ask about currency exchange fees associated with this charge.
  • How do I pay for my order?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus and American Express. Paypal and Stripe.
  • When will my credit card or other payment method be charged?
    The time of charge varies based on product type and stock status. Some charges occur when the order is placed, while other charges are delayed due to custom manufacturing. If you are not charged at the time of order, Boston Throne Chairs, LLC will send a courtesy email advising when the charge takes place.
  • What is a credit card authorization?
    An authorization is a hold on funds by a customer’s issuing bank; it validates customer payment information and funds availability when an order is placed. This applies mostly to rentals, we keep a credit card number on file. An authorization IS NOT a credit card charge.
